Unless you have specifically advised the Secretaries to the contrary, it is a deemed condition of entry that competitors and their parents/guardians give permission for any photographs/videos/other images taken by press/outside agencies/official Pony Club photographers at The Pony Club Championships to be published in the press and on the internet for publicity purposes and in any subsequent official Pony Club publication.

The Pony Club will select photographs for publication with care and respect for those shown.
