The Cross Country Course may be walked on foot for the duration of the Championships.

Competitors should be aware that alterations may be made to the course up to 2pm on the day preceding their Cross Country competition.

For Teams or Individuals without Coaches there may be the opportunity to walk the course with experienced riders and Officials – please enquire at the Secretaries Office.
