Stabling and Camping

To book a stable for the duration of your stay at the Championships please use the Horse Events website when making your competition entries.

Book Stabling

Stables are available to book until the closing date of mid-day on 5th August at a flat rate per night of £39 with rape straw shavings included. Absolutely no straw, wood shavings or other bedding may be brought onto site or utilised in the stables.

Rape straw has been selected because of its swift decomposition properties. All stables will be disinfected by Equine BioGenie before initial occupation on Thursday 11th August.

Stables may not be occupied before 6pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 4pm on the day of departure. Please use the muck heaps located behind the rows of stables.

On departure, stables should be skipped out, any hay or feed should be removed and all residual bedding should be stacked against the back wall. We ask and expect you to leave the stable as you would like to find it. The Pony Club will not be overseeing or responsible for the cleanliness of vacated stables and if they are left in a poor state, it is up to the next occupant to make good any inconsiderate mess left behind, before then occupying the stable.
