The Pony Club is the world's largest equestrian youth organisation, with over 30,000 Members in the UK alone. Become a Member to improve your riding, take part in a huge range of sports and activities, and learn vital skills!
We have over 300 volunteer-led Pony Club Branches across the UK, together with nearly 400 Riding Centres who are linked to The Pony Club. We all have a shared passion for horses and ponies so you can enjoy time with like-minded people doing a huge range of activities.

Age 8 and Under
Our youngest members can enjoy:

Most Pony Club Branches or Centres will offer fun seasonal activities for little ones such as Easter Egg hunts, fancy dress, fun rides, picnics and lots more.
And importantly - being active outside and getting lots of fresh air!

Get in touch with your local Branch/Centre
This is really important as you'll want to make sure that the Branch/Centre currently has the capacity to accept new members, and that they hold the events and sports that you want to try!
Hop on over to our Find a Club page and you can input your postcode to search for your nearest Branches/Centres.
Register your membership
Once you've spoken to your Branch/Centre, the easiest way to pay for your membership is online via our membership portal. Just register an account as a parent/guardian and you'll be able to pay for your member(s).
Enjoy!
Once you've paid for your membership, your Branch/Centre will need to approve it - once they've done that, you're good to go! You can start attending events and begin your Pony Club journey!

Branch Riding
- You'll need access to a horse/pony
- You'll need to be able to transport your horse/pony to local rallies/events
2023 Membership Price: £82/year
Branch Non-Riding
- For anyone who only wants to take part in non-ridden activities
- Take part in competitions such as The Pony Club Quiz, Winter Triathlon and Blue Cross Care
2023 Membership Price: £37/year
Centre
- For anyone who doesn't have access to a horse/pony
- You can go to a local Pony Club Linked Riding Centre to take part in Pony Club activities
2023 Membership Price: £37/year
Centre Plus
- For members who attend a Pony Club Centre but also have regular access to a pony outside of the Centre
- This includes someone who owns, leases or borrows a horse/pony

Age 9 to 15
Your child will be able to take part in:
Developing horsemanship skills with accredited coaches
Gaining Achievement Badges, Pony Club Tests and Progressive Awards
